How should I workout while on TREN

DeGrey

New member
currently I workout the whole body twice a week. I have heard from sinews damage caused by too much training and too heavy weights while on tren.

I would like to know how many times I should train my body during my tren cycle per week? And I wanted to know if its okay when I go for each basic exercise such as Bench press, Dead Lift, Squat etc. every second workout 5lbs up?

Or will my sinews in a long period of time (12 Weeks) inevitably crack if I approach my training this way?

I do like to earn more strength. I'd be glad if I could increase the weights every workout instead of every second workout.

It doesnt sound like your ready for tren if your only training twice a week

I used to make 3 Split twice a week. Now because of lack of time I do the same amount of sets and exercise in just two workouts per week, so I do not lose time by traveling 6times a week to the gym. I've done it for a year now and it works well.

If you don't want to answer my question, please leave it alone then.

Stats please, bro. And a sample workout if you have time...I am more than willing to look over your training split for you. Tren does take a toll on your cardio so that won't affect your strength although it will affect your rest periods so indirectly it will affect your strength since rest periods need to be longer. Have you thought about taking the sarm cardarine to counteract the negative effects of tren? Just a thought, bro.

I just asked a general question. Theres no need to get into specific details.

It's routine for all newcomers. There is no "general" advice when it comes to gear, expecially tren. We can better help you when we know stats. Only takes a second...

I do make progress with my training as I said in my post. But I do want more than just lifting 5lbs more every 2 or 3 weeks.
I want to experience a new dimension of making progress in strength. I want to see how it feels when your strength explode.

We need stats...

Age/Height/Weight/Bodyfat%/Lifting experience

Age: 25
Height: 6ft 2
Weight: 220lb
Bodyfat: 12%
Lifting experience: 4 years
Steroid experience: Test, Methandrostenolone

used to train in childhood and as a teenager too, but had many times where I took a break.

any answer to my opening question now without moralizer?

Not all strength programs require more weight every workout. Some require more reps. Eg; 3 week program 2 workouts a week. Day 1, 6x2 and by workout 6 you push 6x4.

You have my Stats. Now I would like to have an answer to my opening question. Not an alternative way staying natural.
If you dont want to answer me that question. Stay away from this Thread, please!

I'm going to take Tren anyway. With all due respect, does not matter what you say.
But I'd be appreciative if you could answer my opening question.

look... if you haven't figured out how to train off cycle you are wasting your time running a cycle.

training your body twice a week is not a good split.. that is good for normal joes or guys who endurance train or something like that.. or females .. its really called circuit training and even those circuit trainers go more than twice a week.. if you want to build muscle mass you need to set up a proper workout split and feed off of that for years and then once you reach a point jump on the sauce. it can take years to accomplish that.. took me 13 years of lifting before I even touched steroids

also you mentioned you don't have time to workout. a lot of guys who don't have time to workout for an hour have time to watch a 3 hour football game or watch CSI or whtever stupid crap is on tv nowadays.

If this was Facebook I think every person here would like this post

Man, I am sorry I don't chime in very often but after reading through you thread all i notice here is how rude and selfish you are... I don't know many of you but I read on here every day and I know everyone on this thread and even more out there are overloaded with great information... Man if you want the proper info, listen to what these gentleman are saying, answers their questions and you will get the answers you desire....

I have trained for 13 years this January and if there is one thing I know its that touching any steroid (Specially) Tren you should be working on a good base, diet and training program.... Steroids are no joke and if you want the proper output you need to be adding the proper input into your plan. Circuit Training twice a week is not going to give your gains that you are looking for, I mean I am sure it is good if you are just implimenting it for a month or less to change your work out, switch up to shock your body but a continuous training program of doing that isn't going to do shit for you.

My best suggestion for you is the following:

Figure out your schedual
Figure out a proper diet plan
Do a little research on bulking/proper training routines

and once you are good and ready introduce Test or Tren if you want and go as hard as you possibly can,

But hey what do i know!

Just my two cents

How should you workout on tren?! The same way you should workout all the time. As safe and effective as possible. With tren you will see strength gains that will seem unbelievable. But as almost all these dudes have already said you need a solid base and a better workout program. The increase in strength can cause your muscle strength to over power your ligaments and tendons resulting in tears that will sideline the best and most knowledgable of us. If you think you are ready for the monster medicine you better truly be or the tren demon will fuck you up and sit you down like a whinny little bitch. Tren is really for the advanced! Not for a two a week workout warrior.

Oh and I don't care how hard you workout on your 2x wkly program. You can't train major body parts as hard as you need to to prepare for tren.

There are still a lot of guys that follow Mentzer's style of HIT. He advocated 4-7 days rest between training sessions. Oh, and some of them even have office jobs.

I've made my best gains doing a 2 way split, training 3 days a week.

I've trained true hard gainers to work with weights as little as 2 days a week. Many true hard gainers see great results training this way.

If you are training with high intensity (heavy ass weight) there is no need to weight train more than 3 days a week. And if one tried they wouldn't be able to do it for very damn long.

HIT style training just isn't for everyone. But you can't knock the results it can produce.

oh I do HIT myself .. 3-4X per week.

but the OP wasn't doing that..(atleast i'm guessing based on his prior posts).. he is doing some cross training workout full body 2X per week. my old gym had a cross training circuit and you were only allowed 1 set then had to move on, pretty much it was made up of old people there just to get in a sweat .. I doubt the OP is doing much more than that..i doubt he does many compound lifts.. just read his prior posts. if i'm wrong then the OP should speak up, but he hasn't said what his workouts were so I can only imagine

I like to workout 3x a wk. that allows me to lift heavy and get plenty of rest between days but I'd hate to have to shove two different major body parts into one workout in order to try to get everything on a two workout session. Mmmm I believe moving that much weight say legs and back on the same day that would be a direct ass kicker. I know that dude is built like a bull in the pic CEO flashed up but I bet op isn't. That's some wicked genetics and a very vast knowledge of how his body responded to the food and the compounds of the day.

I agree with you 100% on this CEO. I follow the same training myself doing an upper body, lower body split 3x per week (DC) and its the best method of training Ive found for adding strength and mass.

I switch things up once or twice per year and go to higher volume lower frequency (5x per week) and many other training programs but the results just are not there in comparison to DC, so I keep going back to it.

Everyone is different, but that the best for me
