how should I change my diet?

hi all! I'm about to start my first cycle (I wrote about it here http://www.elitefitness.com/forum/s...le-would-appreciate-your-comments-590348.html )

Currenly my diet consists of 2400 kalories more or less. I consume about 120- 140 grams of protein daily. Most Calories come from carbs- and I usually don't eat much fat or junkfood. This has kept me more or less on same weight and body fat % for quite a while.

I would appreciate info on how should I change my diet once I start the cycle and according to my goals (gaining clean muscle mass while keeping as lean as possible).

Current stats 29 y.o. 5'11 171 around 12% bodyfat

First off you need to up your protein intake to at least 250-300 g's a day. How many g's of carbs and fat you usually take in. post a plan of what you plan to eat on a regular day.

first thanks for your responce! I knew i needed to add protien but didn't think it would be THAT much.
I don't follow a strict diet however after making a log of 4 typical days I noticed I eat more or less 2400 kc/day out of witch 20% comes from fat (60 gr/day) 30% from prot (150 gr/day), and 50% from carbs, (300 gr/day)

I might have underestimated in the first message the amount of protien I consume.

As far as the plan for the cycle I really have no clue of how much to add as far is calories in general and how to change the ratio of carbs/prot/fat
