How often should I get blood work?

it amazes me people care more about their car and have that checked often but neglect their own bodies. we even have our pools tested weekly!
every 4 months and if you are sexually active get STD tested 1-2X per year

If you are just a natural guy then once per year is fine. Unless you are fucking multiple girls or have reason to believe something is up.
4-4 times a year would be ideal.
At a very minimum - once per year.
What I recommend to my clients,
natural athlete - twice per year
steroid using athlete - four times per year
I always like to air on the side of caution. Getting blood work will never hurt you and it's always good to know what's going on in your body.
