I dont bother measuring but really only look at weight & bodyfat. The only fun measurement I have is the fact that I measure a 15" bicep, but that also includes a certain amount of bodyfat.
Unless I am on a particular focused program I actually have rarely bothered getting my bodyfat done. For previous competition progress tracking I did it 1x / week. For my current training its E3D because my diet gets adjusted based on it. Just for tracking purposes tho, 2x/month is more than sufficient. For competition, probably better 1x/week.
