How often do you??????

Every 3-4 weeks I get weight,measurments, and calipered by my nutritionist. I dont check it myself as a promise to her because I am ocd. ( Obsessive compulsive disorder)
 
And I also go by how my clothes fit. After this past spring going from 24% bf down to 8% I have a quite a range of clothes from my uber fat clothes to my skinny clothes before I started cutting, down to my size 2s.

Unless I am on a particular focused program I actually have rarely bothered getting my bodyfat done. For previous competition progress tracking I did it 1x / week. For my current training its E3D because my diet gets adjusted based on it. Just for tracking purposes tho, 2x/month is more than sufficient. For competition, probably better 1x/week.
Should I be doing mine 1xweek as comp in Sept???

Sassy, a little off topic, but what kind of bf% are you going to try to maintain, now that you're off-season?

Wow that's awesome. How tall are you?

I'm aiming for a size 7. I'm afraid to go down any lower, I'm 5 ft 6 inches with a medium bone build.
