Just wondering if you can hit them more than once a week. I want them to have a major step between my delts and traps. I have a friend and his are almost square where they tie in.
Once a week but I go very heavy and stay very intense. Traps are one of those bodyparts that's hard to bring up if you aren't genetically inclined to have them.
Funny you say they are hard to bring up because that is the only body part I feel genetics help me out in. I can get mine to grow just doing rows to fucking bad everything else doesnt grow that easy.
