Isolated grip work that is. IronMind recomends two or three times a week, but wouldnt you get overtrained *really* fast if you went to failure on all the sets two or three times a week?
My progress in grip strenght is slowing down a lot now, after a good initial gain. (Which could be better nerve connectors and technique as much as strenght...) And I traing my grip only once a week.
Whould I do it more often?
