gmanlax7 New member Mar 31, 2003 #23 i like bfolds logic, for me it doesnt make sense to go for a 1rep max. i think 4-6 reps for deads is the best for adding size and overall strength

Well...that isn't my logic at all. Well...it sorta is. I build the deadlift with many other exercises that do not tax the spine nearly as much... B True

Click to expand... What you wanna do right is cut out the deadlifts and just bench. Bench 6 days a week. 285lbs? You should be getting approximately 90g protein a meal, 7 meals a day. Can't go wrong.
