Ladies one more question how often training your abs? And how long and how many sets? Someone telling even 5x at week someone each other day someone 2-3x week. And what do you think??? What is your best way??

Its a muscle group just like legs, bis, back, etc. Training 5x / week would probably be considered overtraining. Plus you use the abs as stablilizers for so many other days of training. 2x/week probably good enough. Also remember that doing a shitload of ab work won't get u a six-pack - its all about the diet. So why do abs 5x/week?

Keliska, the frequency of training is negatively correlated with the
volume of training, as one goes up the other must go down if you want to make gains. So if you want to do a single set of crunches and a single set of reverse crunches, at 15-20 reps each, then every other day might be infrequent enough. However, if you prefer to go balls to the wall with a much higher volume of training, then I'm guessing the muscles of your abdomen will need more like 3-5 days to recover. The exact amount of recovery time you need is something only you can determine by experimentation and is affected by factors like age, diet, sleep, and genetics.

For abs/lower back (which I always work together), I do a Pilates class once a week (currently Monday evenings) and a few weighted activities (about 30 min. worth at the most, using machines, medicine balls, etc) usually on Thursdays.

thanks so much now I have clear, I have workout my abs 3x at week I think that is OK more is too much I know.
