get creative and take 30 percent of the money taken in. on second thought, most internet businesses probably fail so charge him $20 an hour... since he's your friend that's only fair.

This is the best answer. I use a kid who would charge about $800 for that site... so a G is realistic.

Just make sure he writes your copy and provides your graphics.
