How much Udo's?

Out of curiosity....how many tbs's of Udo's do you consume per day and why? I'm currently using between 2 and 3 tbs's per day and was wondering if it was too much or too little to see any benefit.

it entirely depend on how much fat you have built into your diet (ratio of fat compared to the total cals you take daily).

It will vary from person to person, since we all have different ratios and different caloric intakes... as a rule of thumb, 1-2 tbsps per day work for most people... some guys will take 4 or more..

Thanks bro. I guess I was a little vague with my post, what I meant by "why" wasn't why we take the Udo's, I figured that was common knowledge. My intention when asking why was to find out why each person takes in X amount of efa's from the Udo's daily per their own diet.

Bah...nevermind, I'm even confusing myself now.

Oh I see, don't worry.

the way to work it out is:

estimate how many cals per day you will take, or you are taking
assign a ratio for fats (normally, between 20-30%)
1 gram of fat is 9 cals, so there you can calculate how many grams of fat you need to take daily to meet your ratio

1 tbps oil is 14 grs fat and 120 cals (constant across oils)

Remember to allot fat for the naturally ocurring fat in other foods (oats, chicken breast,meat, etc)
