Listen to these guys. They know what they are talking about. I did the 500mg then 750mg test-e cycle as my first at 48. Followed their recommendations. Ran it for 16weeks with AIFM at 6 squirts ed and 30mg Nolva every injection day. No gyno symptoms at all. Just finished and om PCT with HCG, Nolva and AIFM. Went from low 220's with ~10-12%bf to 248 at last weigh in with 14-15% bf. I'm a bit over 6'1". I'll wait ~ 5 or 6 months for next cyle then 260 here I come.
 
How much test?


Kind of depends upon a few billion variables, More is better to a point, I went from 1 gram to 2 grams for a few months, 2 grams of test per week was too much for me, but you could not have told me that, I had to find out on my own, may do it again.

Age, size, training, diet, bodybuilder, goals, sports, on all the time, not on all the time,

I thought I was a "hardgainer" before and I started my new career as a personal trainer at the BSC (boston sports clubs) It is Awesome. I have time to work out almost every single day. I have been working out at elast 5-6 times a week and it feels like I can't keep fed. I am eating more and taking some good supps now. Goat Protein, 5grams creatine, 1 gram beta alanine, fish oil, Glutamine, a multi vitamin and eating more meats. I am getting better pumps in the gym already and noticing some changes. I haven't even started taking the arginine yet and I am holding off until I figure out which is the best because it makes a BIG difference. After this is all set I am going tog et my diet down better where I am taking in over 200 grams of protein a day. After doing this for a while THEN I will take 250 mg test en. a week to see how I react to it.
If your not eating more then a gram of protein per lb of body weight and taking all that stuff. DONT TAKE JUICE YET. You will not get the most out of it and it is better to see your natural potential first. Taking gear too quick is dumb. period. Don't want to end up looking like a bag of smashed assholes. I know this kid who is a jerk and he just got a bunch of $$ so he bought some test and all he knows is to take the test every four days. He has been working out and training ok but drinks beer a lot, doesn't supp much or eat near enough for his body weight. he is a big water bloated piece of shit right now and some people are actually impressed. it makes me sick to see and I realised not too long ago how much preperation there is before you dive in the deep end.
