How much sugars do you get per day?

On lifting days I get 70g post-workout and that's it....

Obviously there are various foods and/or protein shakes that contain a gram or two of sugar, but beyond that....I only eat simples sugars PW.

How much protein with all that sugar? just curios if you can post the contents too...

What about the naturally occuring sugars in food such as fruit and dairy products?

Other than post-workout, the only sugars I eat are from fruit and dairy products. I also use limited amounts of wholegrain mustard which contains a bit of sugar, and occasionally a low sugar brand of soy sauce/curry paste. That's about it for me.
 
I usually try to eliminate sugars from my diet. However, I just started taking thermorexin and I am trying a experiment where I am taking 20-30grams of simple sugars with each meal along with 50-100grams of Low GI carbs per meal. By the way, I am taking 6 caps of T-rex per day. I eat 7 meals per day so I am taking in between 140-210 grams of simple sugars per day.

Do you have fruit during the day if youre bulking??? cutting???
 
60g post workout and <20 besides that....just random ones from sauces and stuff.

occasionally I'll have a banana.....milk, I use carb countdown so sugar is not an issue. diabetes runs in my family so I'm really paranoid about excess sugars.
 
I don't eat fruit or dairy when trying to lean out. But they are definitely included when bulking.
