Im 205lbs so I usually get 250-300grams per day.If your training hard you want to consume1 to 1 1/2grams a day and more if your on low carbs.
 
a sample meal for me is 2 chicken breast cup of brown rice,bowl of grapes or other fruit

i drink water with every meal aswell
 
currently 350-400/day. I have gone as high as 500/day for a couple of months.
 
heres my meal plan for monday through saturday:

Meal 1 :
6 egg whites, two whole eggs
two pieces whole grain toast with jam
meso-tech bar
1 d-bol

meal 2:
protien shake
1 d-bol

meal 3:
1/2 lb of ham
3 cups brown rice
1 d-bol

meal 4:
1 can tunafish
1 large baked potato
1 d-bol

meal 5:
protien shake

meal 6:
1/2 lb of steak
1 cup angel hair pasta
1 d-bol

meal 7:
protien shake
1 d-bol

absolutely zero taste in my diet, especially considering i have to buy the cheapest steaks. right now my grocery bill is in between 80-95$ a week, depending on the condiments i need to refill. ALSO i take sunday completely off, eating ice cream, fries, whatever the fuck i feel like. its working though, im up from 164 to 170 in about a week and 3 days.
 
Well, I'm probably going against the grain here, but I've found that protein intake is highly overestimated. I've had better gains off 1-1.25g of protein per lb of bodyweight than I have with 1.5-1.7g. I've been lifting naturally for nearly 4 years now. I know it sounds crazy, but I need to make sure I don't take in too much protein. With the way I use to eat, it's hard to stay under 220g. People who are on, will need more protein, but most ppl eat way too much.
 
how much protein in each meal??????? i heard the body can only absorb about 50grams of protein per meal. and is this different when on a cycle?????? thank guys
 
I wish I knew....no one knows for sure how much protein the body can use a one feeding (most "experts" figure anywhere from around 30-50 grams), but that is merley an educated guess. I would recommend just speading your protein intake throughout every meal to get the best absorbtion.

Steroids help increase protein synthesis, so the body can utilze more protein while "jucing".
 
BigAndy69, make sense, since research claims that your body need of higher protein intake is only on the first week or so of intensive training- and it's useally around 1.5 gr per 1kg-amounts that u can get with a normal diet.

i myself uses powders and shakes but only during cycles and only couse my diet is crapy.
 
I shoot for 500g a day well it a weekly thing for me i diet 5 on 2 off so by the end of the week my daily should average around 500 a day

Yes it very different when on a cycle since your body is able to increase the amount of nitrogen it retains from food and muscle tissue breakdown. I have studied some athletes on a very moderate cylcle can absorb around 175% there normal protein content. So roughly about 70g of protein a meal. Remebmer though at different weights your body will be absorbing at different ratios. Heavier people will need more protein per meal, or in their diet than lighter people.;)
