How much protein can be absorbed in one sitting for a female?

I'm sure you realize that the fact that you say a 'female' pretty much means nothing because of a number of other factors that need to be considered when trying to calculate the maximum uptake of protein in 'one sitting.'
 
As much as you eat will be absorbed. Do you mean how much will be utilized to build muscle? If so then that depends on a lot of factors as stated above.
 
guessing in the 15-30grams range... Too lazy to search but it's not much in one sitting. That's y it's best to have 4-6 meals a day spread out every 2-3 hours. Fiber is also a huge factor in how much you'll breakdown and actual absorb!

50 grams in one sitting for most adult humans in general. 1 whey isolate shake equals 50 grams. For most animal meat, an ounce yeilds about 7-8 gr of protein. So 50 grams would be about 7-8 ounces or about 2 cupped palm fulls of meat. If it's quality, lean protein, then it should work out that way.

There's no real answer as to how much will become muscle. I would say not much, however if she is on AAS then much more will be used to build muscle. The rest will be used as energy and stored as fat.

If you are asking how much protein she should eat per meal that depends on how many cals she eating and what her goals are.

Or maybe just enough to supply her LBM. At 5'9 138 she should be no more than 100lbs of LBM, right? Guessing shes an average female and not a BB or fitness competitor. So maybe 25 grams of protein 4x a day

She could get away with even less if she doesn't workout. I'm assuming she does workout so you're right that around 100 grams a day would be sufficient, but again it depends on other factors.
