how much nolvadex with 300mg test cyp?

hey dudes, going on my 5th week of my test cyp cycle @ 300mg weekly. starting to feel major bloat and nip itchiness. ive got nolva on hand and plan to use it.

how much nolva per day should i be using to combat the effects? i REALLY wanna get the water weight down especially.

20mgs would be a good start i'd say if you have itchy nips. for bloat, using an aromitase inhibitor like arimidex would be a much better option as it stops your test from turning into estrogen in the first place.

Thanks Ozz, will start at 20mg.. if that does not suffice how much would you suggest increasing the doseage?

Also, doesnt nolva take down bloat? I know not as good as arimidex but doesnt it eliminate SOME bloat?

also, now that ive had estrogenic related side effects, isnt it too late to add in liquidex?

after the 20 mg fixes the gyno problem take it down to 10mg ed and leave it there until pct.

Actually I would try Gaspari Novedex XT. Won't hit your cholesterol as hard, supresses estrogen and frees up test. If that doesn't work then go to Nolvadex.

I would start with 10mg/day but I don't have problems with that really.. 20mg is definitly a "safe" call for stopping the problem.

Arimidex low dose would do well for your next cycle.
