how much glutamine are you guys supplementing in , and how do the mg's and grams convert ?? thanks for your time ..

I take about 20 grams a day. I think 1000mg = 1 gram. Best of luck!

I have recently read that the break down of Glutamine by itself is piss poor when considering the body’s ability to effectively break it down...
Such is this data that I have ceased its use as a post work out essential...
You never get the benefits because it is not efficiently carried to the muscle.
