I am having a very hard time getting in all my cals while keeping fat intake low. I think dbol is lowering my appetite. I'm relying too much on shakes and my gains are slowing down.
Sometime this week I'm going to get a bucket of KFC. Yes, I'd rather be able to swallow more dry, plain chicken breasts, but they just make me gag right now.
My point is, if you need to get some fat to make the food taste good enough to get it all in, ok. It is very hard to bulk effectively without gaining any fat. I'll accept a bit of fat now and get rid of it later.
I would try to keep your fat intake between 1/4 and 1/2 gram per pound of bodyweight.
