How much do you spend on food?

Excluding gear and supplements how mush daily and then weekly do each of you spend on food? It's killing me, i'm spending about 20$ a day on food and if you knew how much money i make you'd laugh. Meat is the most crushing to my wallet. My friends are constantly dogging me over how much i eat and how much i must spend on food. (and im quite thin!) Just curious what you gear heads are putting out -scrilla scratch -wise.:drink2:

when i used to eat out i'd spend like 25-30 a day easily......it's all about cooking at home and buying meat on sale and shit. now i spend like 12 dollars a day at the most since i cook at home and just bring it on the road. i probably spend around 150 on supps a month. most people dont prioritize or shop for a deal. there lots of ways to cut costs (stop buying the supplements you dont need, shop around, etc)

$150.00/month here. Two words fellas...Super Wal-Mart!! My condolences if you don't have one nearby. Wally-Mart being a national chain, it can afford to buy food at rediculously low bulk prices(low when compared to local grocery stores I mean) and pass the savings on to you. If you go with their "Great Value" items, you'll save even more cash. It's the best thing since dianabol in my opinion.

Yup. No walmarts here. Walmart sells meat and produce?

Super Wal-Marts do, yes. They sell everything. My bills are usually higher when I get more meats, but still guys, it is SIGNIFIGANTLY lower than any local grocery store. I'll give you an example. "Ocean Spray" Cranberry Juice sells for around $4 for a 2 quart jug at a local store. The Wal-Mart "Great Value version is a buck eighty nine for the same amount. And it is VERY good as well. They have alot of flavors too with that line, such as Cranberry/Black Cherry, which I have in the fridge right now. Another example..at the local a 17 ounce stick of Pepperoni is 7 dollars. The same brand is $3 and some change at SWM. Not exactly BB'er foods I know, but just to show what a vast differential we are talking about boys. I suggest you locate one nearest you, even if you have to haul a little ass. I make 1 trip/month and load up. I usually have 2 carts when I get in line for checkout.

if you are seaking of what i think you are....

yes the eagles will fly this year

say bye bucs

I'm not an Eagles fan bro, no. Sorry. I actually have St. Louis winning the NFC this year. I'd put Atlanta second, even with Vick out for a month. If they can squeeze two wins out while he is gone, they will be fine. Too much pressure on Philly after blowing it the last 2 years. Especially last season. At home against a team that turns into a powder-puff team when it gets below 32 degrees. They really choked there brother.

I couldnt tell you how much $ I spend. I have 8 kids. I eat so much my wife put a plunger in all 5 bathrooms. Oatmeal is hard
on the plumbing.

Nearest Wal-Mart is about a 35 minute drive from me....

Fortunately once a month I take a drive down to a place called Cost-co.

Even cheaper than Wal-Mart. You really can get stuff cheap when bought in bulk.

I currently spend about $300/monthly (although I am cutting) on just food..... $500/monthly when bulking......

Glad to be on my way to the U.S. military where they are going to house and feed me for free. Rest of my money will go to gear and a nice car and boat payment.

it would be very interesting if FONZ tell us how much he spend on food lol

Chaquito

Why? :)

It was $200/week on food when I lived in DC. High Humidity and high temperatures does not do wonders for your bodyweight unless you eat 4,000-5,000Kcal/day.
Roughly $150/week now. Supplements about $300-400/month. AAS about $300/month.
I'm probably the guy that uses the most supplements on the board though.

around $200 here between my wife and me. Only food. You can make big saving with Walmart Super store and COSTCO. At COSTCO i get a bag of 11 skinless and boneless chicken breasts for $11.99. and/or a bag of Salmon steaks (about 7 steaks, 45g protein each) for $14.99.
