Alright I wanna start with 40mcg so how do I measure it in an insulin syringe ? Alot of people will tell you that you dont need to take so much but i like to have the security of having the shaky hands to make sure its workin.

my insulin needle is 100 units=1cc do I have to fill it up to 40 units to get 40mcgs? Thanks again for your responseanticure said:well common math would tell you that 1ml=200mcg.... .5ml=100mcg... .25ml=50mcg 1ml=100cc's so im assuming your insulin pin is a 50cc so take about 25cc's alittle less if desired and shoot it in your mouth, the only thing to be careful about is if your hands are shaky while drawing it out of the bottle watch out that you dont accidently tip it over, i have had this problem almost everyday of almost spilling, i take 2 doses a day and i have heard not take it after 4pm, so i follow that as a guideline, 8am 50cc and then 3-4pm 50cc also dont take it before you workout because sometimes you shake and feel weird, just take it after you workout and you should be cut in no time, also remember alot of it is in the diet.
