No sorry sweetie!! Just one today!! Ohh, I don't have that pic anymore! But when you put it that way I wish I did!! When I edited for my avatar I lost the original!!

Thats why it's so important to click "Save as" on the original so that you can keep it.

Frequency: 7 times a week.
Mode: All
Intensity: 100% of resting HR.

I am at the gym for about another 20 minutes--I have Physics at 12:30 pm.

i'LL GO RUNNING FOR 6 MILES OUTSIDE 4 TIMES A WEEK


NOTHING BEATS RUNNING.


THE GUANTLET COMES CLOSE...IT'S THE STRAIR MASTER THAT HAS REVOLVING STAIRS.


THE IDEAL PROGRAM FOR YOU BODY AND JOINT WOULD BE TO ALTERNATE. BETWEEN THE STAIRS, AND RUNNING OUTSIDE.


WHEN I WANTED TO GET LEAN FAST......i CAN RUN OUTIDE TWICE A DAY.

30 MIN IN THE AM 30 MINUTES PM.......RUNNING OUTSIDE.


MY KNESS AND JOINTS AFTER THE SECOND WEEK WOULD GET USED TO IT...AND MY JOINTS ACTUALLY GOT STRONGER....GO FIGURE.


THE ONLY DOWNSIDE OF RUNNING TWICE ADAY...IS THAT WORKOUTS AT THE GYM SHOULD BE KEPT TO A MINIMUM.


TWICE A WEEK i'LL JUST DO THE BASICS FOR MUSCLE MASS PRESERVATION.

i LEARNED ALL THIS WHILE PLAYING FOOTBALL.......i WOULD NOT LOSE THAT MUCH MUSCLE ON THIS PROGRAM.

NOTE .......YOU SHOULD ONLY DO IT FOR A MONTH OR TWO.
