MY KNESS AND JOINTS AFTER THE SECOND WEEK WOULD GET USED TO IT...AND MY JOINTS ACTUALLY GOT STRONGER....GO FIGURE.
THE ONLY DOWNSIDE OF RUNNING TWICE ADAY...IS THAT WORKOUTS AT THE GYM SHOULD BE KEPT TO A MINIMUM.
TWICE A WEEK i'LL JUST DO THE BASICS FOR MUSCLE MASS PRESERVATION.
i LEARNED ALL THIS WHILE PLAYING FOOTBALL.......i WOULD NOT LOSE THAT MUCH MUSCLE ON THIS PROGRAM.
