abs twice week

forearms and calves once a week

peopel forget forearms are hit hard on both biceps and back days, there really no need to do alot of forearm work


i agree , try deadlifting 500lb for reps without straps then tell me the next day if your forearms need working !

So depending on the rotation

Sometime one time one week then 2x the other
 
calves every training day, abs 1-3 times a week and i rarely hit forearms directly anymore
 
I do abs 3 times per week, never trained forearms as I feel they get enough work from the lifting anyway. I train my calves through hill sprints - i'm on my 1st cycle now and i've put just over an inch on my calves in 8-9 weeks
 
Been training calves with high reps every training day for the last 2 months and have probably gained about 3/4 of an inch on them
 
I do calves 2x, abs 3x and forearms 1x, so I'll just average all three out and say 2x per week.
