Hey I said I gained 2kg of body mass all over recently and 1/2 an inch on my arms in a 2-3 week time period!
My goals are explosiveness, strength and mass, in that order, but all are important to me. I guess the thrust of my training lies somewhere between a Powerlifter and a Bodybuilder
This says it all
Force = Mass x Accleration.
I need big strong legs for that, and I'm getting them!
