Hey I said I gained 2kg of body mass all over recently and 1/2 an inch on my arms in a 2-3 week time period! :rolleyes:

My goals are explosiveness, strength and mass, in that order, but all are important to me. I guess the thrust of my training lies somewhere between a Powerlifter and a Bodybuilder

This says it all
Force = Mass x Accleration.
I need big strong legs for that, and I'm getting them!

If you want I'm quite happy to compare leg pics in a months time :)
 
I rarely train anything more than 1x per week

Usually once a week, maybe 6 days depending how my legs feel-usually takes me about 4 days for my soreness to dissipate completely after a workout
