Two pillows and one of those neck support things. I use a third pillow to hug on nights when Josh is on 3rd and I'm sleeping alone.

one for my right
my heart shaped one
and my watermelon shaped pillow that i hump

I frequently stick my arm nder my pillows & sleep like that, but my sholders kill me the next day.
I used to sleep with 4, but i started getting headaches. I also get bad head sweats at night so I flip the pillows.
Now I sleep with 3. 2 under my head & a brunette beside/under me .
