None of the people in these longevity clinics or in Ethiopia were taking steroids for years as young adults. The benefit outweighs the risk at their age. As usual...everything in moderation. It is possible that you could get fulminant liver failure on your first cycle, so you never know.

If steroids were really detrimental to the health, heart disease and prostate cancer would be a Teenage Desease!! Many suspect estrogen to be the real culprit, but as of yet, theres no direct link.
