How many people are fuc-king up thier diet due to the holliday goodies.

hmmm well havent been to bad yet..give me time....if I want it I will eat it..a few things here and there is not going to kill you...holidays are once a year..at least enjoy it...its when you binge like crazy and over do it..thats when you get into trouble...
 
Thank you very much ladies and gentlemen. I will pass the good news to by GF that she can drink eat and be merry:D By the way W6 it is my GF i was asking about regarding the carbs not me. She is not flat she is super soft and her thongs are biting deeper and deeper into her thighs:( Could she be on low (50 grams) carbs for to long and she is storing fat instead of burning it? We do not know what she is doing wrong and this started way before the holidays. L2L

You said it girlfriend! The times I've cheated, it's mostly been with protein bars since hubby and I really don't keep any "bad" foods in the house but I run a supplement store and as such, I have to sit here all day long staring at all the yummy protein bars, aaaaahhhhh! And what's worse is that I was cheating with the sugary ones, like the Met-rx and Mesotech bars! Damn me, it's so hard for me to leave them alone, only good thing is that at least it's been early in the day that I've cheated with them.

And it's just gonna be hubby and I for Christmas so we are just going to cook up a nice turkey and probably have sweet potatoes and green beans with it. And we have no Christmas goodies so it shouldn't be too bad. Now New Year's, that'll be a different story since we're going to his family's house for a few days. Oh I'll cheat, no doubt about that, I don't plan on torturing myself, I will just refrain from over-indulging and will eat any sweets early in the day. So I agree with everyone else, live a little! Life is just too short!
 
I've been a very baaaaaad girl this week. Holiday goodies everywhere I look. It's a conspiracy!!!!!!!:mix:
Just yesterday at was at my mom's helping her with xmas, and she just has to go and ask me to try her PB fudge. And I told her no, and she just kept begging me to try it. So I did.... and some crispy M&M's she had...Just the green ones;)
I can feel myself getting bloated and fat!!!! I hate that feeling.:mad:
 
I wish I could go to Mars during those Xmas/Hollydays fat-and-sugary-meals :think:

... anbd come back on Earth in the beginning of january, while every body is on a diet
 
when this thread started i could confidently say......NO WAY..my diet is strong.....but now i can say.........ive been bad:bawling: :bawling: . oh well:)

My diet is the same as always (no relatives around most of the season this year) but I have been slacking off on the workouts a bit, which is probably worse, I guess.
