how many of you ladies...

should I be doing deadlifts? I hear so many people talking about them. ??? What is the magic here? lol.

I do squats; leg press; leg extensions; leg curls; walking lunges; stiff leg deadlifts; walking lunges; step ups; seated calf raises; and standing calf raises. Oh yeah, I like to do hyperextensions every day with no weight to warm up, even on days i'm not working legs and on cardio days (don't ask me why. I just like flexing my butt and back...lol).

Would deadlifts make any difference? Should I learn to do em? lol.
 
Try single leg deads... they are awesome, talk about hitting the ham-glute tie-in... yy-ouch mmaamaa.
