ffknight84 New member Jun 10, 2003 #21 the most i LIKE to take off is 2 days no more, my body needs to keep moving the weights. It kills me when i cant lift during exam week, usually takes 2-3 weeks to get back where i was. I don't know why.

SAGAT New member Jun 10, 2003 #22 i took a week off some time ago. definitely what i needed, set a couple of PRs immediately after i resumed training.
