Uuuummmmm, OK, so there are only 6 women on this board who have been training for more than a year or two?

Oooorrr - nobody measured their gains in the first few years? Shy? (this IS anonymous) Your option isn't there?

You don't care what you gain?
 
Good question Steel. I voted. I have only 2 years of training to speak of, so I can only claim within the 1-10 lbs range. I actually don't really have a way of measuring from the beginning, but I know I look a bit different. My arms and chest are definitely more muscular, I got the columns in the mid back, and this girl in my dorm told me last year that my butt got rounder so I'll take that as evidence that squatting works. And now my abs have a six pack if you squint a bit and pretend that you can see through the fat. :D But, you asked for a quantification. Well, for a good four years I've been around 135, give or take 3 pounds. My guess is I probably gained at least 5 lbs and at most 7.
