All I know is that in 1995, when I had my first hydro done, I was 123 pounds of lean mass, 11% fat, and 19 years old.

I was going to say I didn't realize you were that young, but then you went and changed the year. That extra year though, makes you really old.

Overtime 30 or so lbs. But that's on and off since age 15 (23 now). But I figure my boobs have shrunk, my height has been the same since I was 11 and I'm leaner, so it has to be muscle.

Haven't had my body fat tested in a few years ... and to match the avatar I think I need to purchase a giant pair of implants.

When I was 18 I gained 12lbs in basic training which was only 8 weeks long. I'm pretty sure it was mostly muscle because I came out with a 6 pack which I didn't have when I went in. That was without lifting any weights, just lots of pushups/situps/roadmarches and sprints. The weird thing about my company was that we hardly ever ran long distances, just lots of sprints. Oh and I was eating tons of calories, so I'm sure that helped out (but I was always hungry)
Since then I've gained maybe 5 more pounds of muscle, but I have not been consistent over the last 5 years. I have my spurts. If I gave it my all I think I could have a pretty nice body. I'm my own worse enemy :(

I figure I gained about 10 lbs. LBM in the first few years. Of course, I wasn't smart enough to be eating enough protein at that time, so it should have been more. I went from 135 lbs. to 150 lbs. the first 2 years; went up to 160 lbs. when I was playing with powerlifting; maintained 147 for a couple years after I stopped powerlifting; now that I'm competing (10 years into it), I compete around 130 lbs.; maintain between 135-137 lbs.

Pretty scary set of ranges, huh. And I still didn't come in lean enough. Damn it. Funny part is I didn't think I looked all that bad at 160 lbs. Sure do fit in a smaller size of pants now - I think all those lbs. came off my butt and thighs - especially since my chest/shoulder measurements are at an all time high. :-)

Thanks Spatts! I didn't see the nice compliment you gave me there :) Made my day! To be honest I feel a little guilty hanging around elite sometimes becuase I'm no longer HARD CORE like I once was. It's funny how priorities can change. I think once me and mine reach the point where your family is I'll be able to focus once again on getting my body in top notch shape :) I've just been so stressed lately. Thanks for the kind words, gave me a boost :)
