what exactly is your question? how long until its fully loaded? how long do you have to start the process?
when loading for bb shows, an athlete takes usually 3 days and watches for spilling over which indicates that you ate more than your body needs to hold as stored muscle glycogen. 3 days is not set in stone but allows for a gradual intake of food that can be absorbed without spilling over right away if you were to overload on carbs.
I'm with Nate, the answers confused me, so perhaps I misunderstood the question. If I were trying to carb deplete prior to a comp to make weight, I have to carb load for 2-3 days to replace the glycogen stores sufficiently to lift with the proper strength. I know this because I have tested it specifically for this purpose. On the flip side, if I deplete, I can drop about 10 pounds in 2 days. Can't have my cake and eat it too, I guess.
This was on the diet board too. I think his question was dealing with how many hours it takes to reach glycogen super-compensation following a depletion workout.
