Well I haven't taken consistent protein in over a year but now I'm going to again. I just purchased 10 pounds of Desighner Whey Protein and will be taking in 105 extra grams of protein per day for the next 4 weeks or so while I'm in dieting phase. After that I will stick to eating more food and taking maybe 50 grams ed of extra protein supps.
