just wondering on how many carbs you lads eat in a day while cutting and what do ya find givs the best results?

Well as you can see from the thread I just started as well... I'm looking for tips too :)

But anyway... I try to make sure to have a FEW complex carbs with each meal... a tiny bit At least. But I also have some simple ones with my workout shake mix also.

Some people are carb sensitive, some are fat sensative.... Everyone's different. I say experiment if your not on a time table.. That's what i'm doing for the next 7 weeks.

well at the moment im taking in 139g, 50g with breakfast, 45g with postworkout, 30g with 3rd meal and 14g with 4th meal

iv been cutting now for nearly 7 weeks myself, iv lost a 14pounds, but i want to loose weight a little faster, was just thinking if i cut my carbs down to 100 would, or should i keep the carbs the same and crack up the cardio?

Nice job with the loss so far broham.

There are a few options I see:

1. Cut down carbs overall.
2. Spread out current carb intake over more meals to minimize insulin spiking.
3. Stay with current intake and increase output, more cardio.
4. Supplementation to step up your metabolism (t-rex) throughout the day.
5. Or a blend of all.

P.S. Is your water intake up to par?
