Well as you can see from the thread I just started as well... I'm looking for tips too
But anyway... I try to make sure to have a FEW complex carbs with each meal... a tiny bit At least. But I also have some simple ones with my workout shake mix also.
Some people are carb sensitive, some are fat sensative.... Everyone's different. I say experiment if your not on a time table.. That's what i'm doing for the next 7 weeks.
