How many Carbs, Protein, Fat, and Cals should I eat?

I want to put on weight, I have asked this before but my posts were lost, as it was months and months ago.

I am 17 years old, first off. I weight 146 lbs and am 6'0. I want to bulk up to about 160-165 lbs by July-August. My mom is getting me this power rack: http://www.newyorkbarbells.tv/92563.html What do you guys think of it? Is there a better one out there for the money? She told me she is spending $500.00 total for the rack, weights, bench, and bars. Tight budget, I know, but I am trying to make it work.

Anyways, for me to bulk up what is the minimum amounts of the following I should eat a day:

How many grams of Fat?
How many grams of Protein?
How many Carbs?
How many Calories?

What other nutritions should I eat to help bulk, or are those 4 it?

Thanks bros!

well if you are 6' and weigh 146, i would just your best bet is to eat anything and everything.

As much tuna, oatmeal, chicken, beef, veggies, flax oil, all natural peanut butter, eggs...pretty much anything that is clean if you don't want to put on much fat.

I am not much for racks in my house or anything. I would be worried about cracking the foundation if a heavy weight fell, and I don't think I have as much intensity if I can just walk over to another room and do it.

eat 3000 calories I guess since you want to bulk. Just measure what you eat now and go from there. you don't have to start super high.

Drink protein shakes and dextrose after your workout, creatine will help and definitely more protein.

Shoot for:

3.000 Kcal
225 gr Prot
375 gr Carb
67 gr Fat

Do some research into what foods to reach these numbers... As for the kit, it is amazing how many exercises one can do with only a pair of dumbbells and some plates. Important is really the frequency and intensity. If you are really beginning, go for a 3 days (or even 2 days) split, twice a week. Once you have some strenght (and all the initial pain is gone) you can move to a more advance routine, but you have to start easy... it is so simple to get a bad inhury doing things wrong. READ READ READ before you touch those bars!!!
