K keiko New member May 23, 2001 #2 You want to create a caloric deficit. If you burn 600 cals an hour and are eating 500 under your maintainence--there's 1100 cals down. WOrking 7 days a week is counter-productive. You need to take off at least 1 day to restroe CNS.
