How many calories? protein?

I'm on my first cycle. Test and EQ. I'm not that strong. 5'9 160 pounds. I'm 11 days from my first injetion. How many calories and how much protein should I be getting. I've been trying to eat like a pig and feel like I'm getting fat.

Hopefully you did your homework. I would first ask why EQ in your cycle. You are obvouisly a thin dude at 160. It depends on your goals. What amount for test do you plan on runnning. I had a buddy about your size, If your trying to put on some serouis muscle and size. You need to think about a DBOL and Sus cycle.

As far as food that is the most important thing. Again this will depend on what you are trying to get. I need more info....

I would think you are trying to get big like me(LOL). Most people will tell you that you need 1.5 to 2 grams of protien I am a beliver in about 2 for a small guy like you. This would meen you get about 320 grams of protein which is about 2880 calories(1 gram is usally 9 cal). Now being a thin guy you can try to eat about 3500 or more. Try it out I personally never got my protein over 250 because i couldnt eat all that reguallarly. You will have to use shakes and try to get about 150grams from them and the rest from chicken, fish, and steaks.

DIET IS JUST as important as gear. If I can help let me know...

Actually, 320g protein is 1280 calories. Protein contains 4 calories/gram. It is fat that contains 9 calories/gram.

I think about 25 calories x bodyweight is good for any bulk, but maybe a little high for a natural trainee. You're on gear though so 4000 cals sounds good to me...try to keep them as clean as possible.

I'm defenitely trying to put on muscle and size. I don't want to get fat though, I already have a bit of a belly. I'm not that strong. Right before my cycle I was able to bench 155 about 3 times.

I'm on 500mg of Test and 400 mg of EQ. I was told EQ is good to put on quality muscle. I'm getting about 200-250 grams of protein a day. My dies is so so though. I haven't been eating too much garbage but defenitely have had my share of cheeseburgers and steaks as well as eggs. Drinking alot of milk as well. I guess it's always better to over eat a bit.

It's a 10 week cycle. I'm thinking about running the EQ for an extra 2 weeks to try to get lean by cutting my calories (like 2500, mostly carb calories)

I am not one of these guys thats going to tell you to wait. You seem a little early for gear to be honest. But hey you are going to do it anyway... I would tell you yes EQ will give you quality muscle. But if you really want to do a cycle for a beginer run DBOl for 1-4 weeks use oral DBol. Than run some Sus at 500mg for 1-10 weeks. Eat like a Fuc*ing horse and when you are done do some quality PCT. You will see some serouis increases I beat you could weigh 180-185 and your bench will be well over 200lbs. Ensure you understand weight training and your diet....Be safe and take your time....But in my opinion you dont need EQ.....
