Hopefully you did your homework. I would first ask why EQ in your cycle. You are obvouisly a thin dude at 160. It depends on your goals. What amount for test do you plan on runnning. I had a buddy about your size, If your trying to put on some serouis muscle and size. You need to think about a DBOL and Sus cycle.
As far as food that is the most important thing. Again this will depend on what you are trying to get. I need more info....
I would think you are trying to get big like me(LOL). Most people will tell you that you need 1.5 to 2 grams of protien I am a beliver in about 2 for a small guy like you. This would meen you get about 320 grams of protein which is about 2880 calories(1 gram is usally 9 cal). Now being a thin guy you can try to eat about 3500 or more. Try it out I personally never got my protein over 250 because i couldnt eat all that reguallarly. You will have to use shakes and try to get about 150grams from them and the rest from chicken, fish, and steaks.
