I'm 5'9, 130 lbs. trying to slowly gain some mass without unnecessary fat (i don't mind some fat, I know it's inevitable, just not more than i need to make gains.)
I've read that around 16 calories per pound is what someone needs to gain mass, so that puts me at about 2100 calories a day. Does this sound right?
