How long is it safe to take creatine?

Hey guys,
Ive just finished my cutting cycle....and i have some creatine left over from my bulking that I bought like 6 months ago....is it still safe to use? I looked on the container and it doesnt say anywhere how long its good til. Thanks

call the manuf, read them the lot number and they'll tell u if it is ok

i really dont think it goes bad especially if it isnt open yet but as diamond said maybe u should call mnufactorer and see what they say...

It should still be safe to use, especially since it is sealed. I believe that it loses its effectiveness after a while but it will be noticable because the creatine will start to get hard and clump together.

I think creatine has a shelflife of 2 years
