I started lifting weights when I was 14 not serious I did like buns of steel video's for a year or so. The next year I got hurt and had to sit out soccer season so I strated using weights more in the school gym then I joined a real gym. There was many bumps a long the way falling on and off the wagon until about 23 got body for life fell in love with lifting. Around 24 I meet the only training partner I have really had he was a powerlifter he taught me so many many things. So I guess you can say all total 16 years every year I learn something new about myself and my body dam thing keeps changing on me when I think I have it all figured out.
