I graduated high school at probably 130 pounds and 6'1". I was a rail. I now weigh 220 pounds and I'm 6'3" now, and currently really fat at 13%. I started lifting 8 years ago. It takes a ton of dedication, you have to live it and learn it. I know I wasted a lot of time training because I had bad info, but that's what it's all about trying new things learning and lifting. It's not something that comes in 4 months 8 months 1 year. It's a lifestyle that you have to love and dedicate a lot too. Get a lifting partner and go three or four times a week. Learn some got routines by asking others at your gym. Don't ask the huge guys what they are doing ask advice from someone that has your body type and height. Right now I'm loving the 5x5 routine that's on here but I would recomend getting really comfortable with lifting before starting that routine. Eating is the most important thing for us ectomorphs. I mean eating until it's uncomfortable and you hate the idea of eating again. You probably have a maintenance caloric intake of 2400 or so so you need to be eating between 4 and 5 thousand calories a day. Buy some good whey protein and have two or three shakes a day, just eat eat eat...
