For example, if you eat 2500 calories in a day, 1000 being carbs, 1000 also being protein and the 500 of fat, how much cardio would you have to do (how many calories would you have to burn) do for you to use up all your carbs?
See I am on CKD and had an un-planned carb-up day today but I wanna make sure that by tomorrow morning I will have no carbs in my body so that i can get into ketosis.
Am I making sense?
