How long can I run T3 at 12.5mcg?

I haven't seen much talk on this, ya I searched. Since it a non supresive amount it seems fairly safe... (As I understand it).. But I don't desire to mess myself up either...
 
In BigAndy69's t3 thread he gives a sample mild t3 cycle using 12.5mcg for 4 weeks and then ramping down to 6.25mcg for one week. If you read through the thread it is discussed that 12.5mcg only mildy suppresses the thyroid, but is still enough to speed up your metabolism past normal levels and make more efficient use of food.

I think the 4 weeks and then ramp down is probably the safest idea even though it is a very light dosage. You really have to find out how you respond to the t3. Some people get shut down real bad even after cycling properly at moderate dosages. I've seen posts by other people stopping cold after taking over 75mcg with no ramp down and regain natural thyroid function quickly without any problems.

Do a similar short and mild cycle to gauge your reaction first before you even think of running it for a long time.
 
You should also be aware that t3 receptors are located all over the body. It affects more than just metabolism. Hyperthyroidism over long durations can cause insulin resistance, eye disease, calcium loss from bone, poor mental functioning, tachycardia (increased heart rate progressing to atrial fibrillation), and muscle weakness to name a few.
 
I think the use of T3 should be limited to increasing your metabolism at the tail end of an extreme diet.

For me, after about 3 weeks of dieting, my metabolism slows down quite a bit so I add 12.5mcg of T3 to keep losing fat at a steady rate, I use it for 5-6 weeks tops.

I will never do a 25mcg+ T3 cycle again.
 
Thank-you all! I have never done a over 12.5mcg, because I like what it does at this level and risk factor. I prefer to use a bunch of little tools in safe moderation like T3/gh or a nyc/eca stack cycle and cardio vs trying to accomplish everything with just 'more drug'...
 
i'm doing 4 months of the following: 50mcg ED of T3, 80mg spiropent ED (2 on 2 off), 500mg Enanthate EW, 35mg winny 40 days/ 500mg EQ EW 8 weeks/ 35mg winny 40 days (tolling approx 4 months), GH 2 iu a day all 4 months (actually a 6 month run on it, 1 months pre and 1 month post cycle on 2iu GH). as well as 10iu humulin R post w/o only (4 days a week) :D i figure i got enough anabolics in there to cover my ass more than enough. and i'm using the 4th month to ramp down slooooooowly over a months time...like a week of 37.5mcg/week 25mcg/week 12.5mcg/week 6mcg. so its actually 3 months on 50mcg ED T3 all told. i figure i will shut things down temporarily.....but i doubt 50mcg for that long then ramped down will cause any real harm. i guess i'll let you know in a few months. :) i am a professional steroid user, please don't try this at home. lol. :p

you plan on running T3 for 4 months straight...

for somebody who answers every post like he knows it all, you sure sound like an ill-informed novice with your t3 doses.

please, re-educate yourself as you may harm yourself and maybe even harm others with your mis-information and nonsense.
