time on = time off
time on = time off + PCT
I can't say how much time off until I know time on for myself.
iHulk said:it is: "the exact same amount of time of my cycle" is relatively the same as:
time on = time off
adding the pct time would be a bit redundant cause why would you go on cycle when you are pct'ing. is pct'ing a word?![]()
I'm asking in the poll cause I seem to find myself cutting my time off closer and closer with every cyc and I'm concerned that I may not be giving myself enough time btw cycs.
Mr.X said:Lately, I have been taking more and more time off between cycles for health reasons. When time off wasn't sufficient, injuries hit me like a brick wall.

iHulk said:I'm curious what the consensus is. This poll is mainly for vets and 'soljahs' who have been using gear for several years.

iHulk said:interesting. So right after PCT you start a new one Krish
X Man said:most of the bros on here who dont take the full time off, wont admit it so ur not going to get many of them on this thread and its gunna give u messed up results...
ulter stays on year round.... ask him his theories
UFC22 said:I don't really count weeks. I do PCT which is usually 4-6 wks in length chill out for awhile and train natural. After I discontinue the PCT meds for awhile and I feel healthy I get my gear for the next cycle and have it in advance then get back on again. I really go by how I feel and if it is a good time to cycle (distractions, trips, etc...).
well it seems like all ur responses ur getting is time on= time off....and we all damn well know that not EVERYONE on here adheres to that rule.....they are not speaking up, whether they are bros... or not.... and plus just because someone doesnt adhere to that rule does not mean they dont know their shit...or are 'BAD' juicersiHulk said:then they aren't bros. no need to lie. The stats speak for themselves.
thats how usually how I have done it in the past. but lately its been like this for me:
Came off in Aug2005 (very light cycle), back on in Oct/Nov2005 (for a short cycle), back on again in Jan/Feb/March2006. Prob go back on again for a mass cyle in Summer. Its just too much fun

you have to keep in mind too that if you're running heavy AAS for a certain amount of time, you can still be feeling the effects for alot longer afterwards.... ie. people experience problems months after finishing their deca cycle and PCT (happened to me!).... so the above is a good estimate of how long to take off.... plus how you feel ... plus what your bloodwork says once you're "clean"
Inhibitor13 said:Yeh, Ill agree, happend to me but in a good way.... I came off a deca/sust/dbol cycle in feb. and I am still seeing more strenght gains?! But now that you say that, I know why..
As far as the PCT thing, Ive been doing the time on=time off and its going good. I thought everyone knew and did that?.
