Just a quick and simple question. Obviously when you come off a drug, your performance will or go down a bit.. that is just the way it is. So how much do you lose when you come off of GW-50?
Before starting GW, I hated the idea of cardio.. running.. jogging.. any of it. I'd get ready to go for a run and quit before I got my shoes tied basically. Now I am almost 7 weeks in on GW, and I look forward to cardio. HIIT cardio/sprints are a breeze and I have been running 3-4 miles a few times a week with ease.
So when I come off of GW.. will I go back to hating cardio.. sucking air and quitting early every time I run, or will I find a happy medium between the two?
