okay so I think Im on a good diet right now and it looks something like mr x recomended right here

http://www.elitefitness.com/forum/showthread.php?s=&threadid=277427

I do change it up a little but the concept pretty much stays the same and i've been having great practices lately, lost some fat that I had to.

well now what Im trying to do is hit the weightroom maybe every other day or so I thought i might need some outside help other then just food from my fridge

the list I came up with is creatine, gonna give gplenish a try, and maybe protein powder based on the feedback I get in this thread

by the way I've been going completly natural for past couple of weeks and feel great

oh and almost forgot.. what Im trying to do here is just get my muscles stonger, gain maybe some muscle and lose fat, not lookin for weight gain or anything like that

just overall slight stregth incresa
im not a body builder so I dont have time to cut and bulk, at least for now during basketball season

I am assuming your question is just about protein powders: how important? Only important if you can't replace them w/ solids meals, if you can, you will be able to get away w/ doing w/o problems.
