how I gained 15 lbs in 2.5 months

I went from 175 ~ 10 % to 190 ~ 11% . (I'm 5'8) since end of October . How ? by switching from a modified HIT to WSB training. I even missed 2 weeks in December w. the flu. My strength has obviously incresed as weel ( Bench went from 260 to about 285. All this was naturally as well. For anybody looking for a new program, or stagnating , try powerlifting and you'll be impressed. :)
 
thing is, my quads have shrank, and my squats go up. I'm going to introduce direct quad work, and hopefully my weight will keep going up.
 
have your hams and glutes gone up in size? I think it would be hard for strength to up and quad size to go down without something else compensating.?

OH yah, my hams are much bigger, and sos my bum:) tris , back everything. I don't even do direct chest work and its bigger - but not much.
 
Thats cool that everything is getting bigger. I haven't really ever done them, but lot of people here seem to say front squats are the best thing you can do for quad emphasis.
