I went from 175 ~ 10 % to 190 ~ 11% . (I'm 5'8) since end of October . How ? by switching from a modified HIT to WSB training. I even missed 2 weeks in December w. the flu. My strength has obviously incresed as weel ( Bench went from 260 to about 285. All this was naturally as well.
