How good of a protein source is red meat?

How good is the quality of the protein in super lean red meat?I have found a cut of meat in cosco that is $2.00 per lb and its awesome when you slice it into small 8-10 oz steaks.Its usually about a 10lb ball of meat that cost around $20.Was wondering what you guys think about eating red meat maybe once a day or 3-4 times a week as part of a cutting/bulking diet.I know the protein content of red meat is really high,just want to know what you bros think of it as a protein source. :Chef:
 
i just thought about what i wrote...i was stating that your wife is hot.....then not on the same subject that im vacationing in miami this week...has nothing to do with your wife sorry
 
One of the best source of prot if you don't mind a little bit of fat

and red meat has creatine in it

I thought the same thing. And yes, steak is just the best, although chicken and fish are better choices.

Also has an excellent amino acid profile that you can only get from eating red meat.

If your interested in boosting test the natural way red meat is the best option... your muscles should feel more full the more you eat, as well.
