How good is the quality of the protein in super lean red meat?I have found a cut of meat in cosco that is $2.00 per lb and its awesome when you slice it into small 8-10 oz steaks.Its usually about a 10lb ball of meat that cost around $20.Was wondering what you guys think about eating red meat maybe once a day or 3-4 times a week as part of a cutting/bulking diet.I know the protein content of red meat is really high,just want to know what you bros think of it as a protein source. ![ChefWide :Chef: :Chef:](https://www.elitefitness.com/forum/images/smilies/cheffysmoove.gif)
