how good is ASN flax seed oil?

Does the fact of the oil beeing filtered is better or worst?

Never tried ASN... give us a link... Cold pressed is important, filtering just eliminates the linglans which is a matter of taste and prefference

The best olive oils are the non filtered ones.....
