I just throw a couple fat spoonfuls in my morning and post-workout shakes. Optimum chocolate protein powder blended w/ milk, ANPB and a little flax oil seems to do the trick for me.
I've also heard peanut butter goes well with jelly....

Bro.....not a flame, but Ive seen alot of your recent posts and you are doing some things and reccommending advice on concepts you have yet to grasp......knock of the fats in your pw shake..........last thing you want at that time as it slows digestion......
