how does everyone cycle deca

say your running 400mg/week do you do 400 all one day at once or split it up 200mg on monday then 200mg on thursday? Just wanting some opinions.

Just do it once a week. The half life is 10.5 days so there is really no need to do it more than that.

i just did deca 600 every week for 12 weeks alone got 20 lbs and still growin. at 400 i don't see effect but 600 i do. dude above is right about half life, but if you are only doing deca shots hell split em up i just like the results better, and no soreness from shots. if you haven't gotten yet i highly recc QV deca 300. it actually tested at 328/ml this batch. loved it no sides. yea its a vet roid, but they aint makin 300 for the family dog, come on, these people ran ttokyo labs
