How do you take steriods? seriously.

I'm sure to most of you this is a very elementary question, but I have been lifting now for about 3 years pretty heavily and have never looked into steroids until now (my lifting was for high school powerlifting and we were told not to juice). I have been offered a cycle of Deca 300 and I was wondering how often you are supposed to inject. I already know about the test boosters and estrogen blockers, but any help with that would be appreciated as well. I do not know any more details at this point about the cycle of Deca, but I should have more information on that by the end of the week. I just need to know the basics on when to take, how much to take, ect. Thanks in advance.
 
Read up on some posts or get an E-book. Providing a simple answer is really not that possible in your case. There is much more to it than injecting it once or twice per week. First, I would never do a Deca-only cycle. Second, Deca (in my opinion) is not a good substance to use for your first cycle. Third, you need to have your PCT lined up at the time you also plan your cycle and your question didn't even address that. What you do after your cycle is just as important as what you take while on cycle.

Good luck reading up on this stuff.

If you wouldn't do a deca-only cycle, what would you stack it with? and why would it not be good to use deca on my first cycle and what would you recommend? And for a post cycle therapy I was told to take natural testosterone boosters. Is this not the correct thing to do? apparently the research I did was not thorough enough.

Nope. Read more bro.

Google some profiles on Deca, it's a good place to start off for the most basic info about the drug.
 
Wouldnt do a deca only cycle for first cycle.. Just do a test e cycle, at 250-500 mg pr week.. And when you run deca, you should run test e or c at the same time, but with a bigger amount, so i would stay of deca for first cycle.. Stick with a test only cycle.. But do deca for a first cycle, if you dont want your dick to work the next 3 months.. For the heavenly love of god, do read up on it, or you will be sorry when your cycle is over.. I did my reading for about6-8 months before i jumped on a cycle..
 
thank you all for your help, but this just seems like a lot to do. I think i'm just gonna go back to all my "natural" methods. all growth hormones required was to mix the little packets with grape juice and I noticed results with it, I was just kinda hoping this would be as easy. Don't get me wrong though, I am dedicated to the lifting, just not so much the effort I'd have to go through to find out everything. thanks again.

3 years out of high school?-so you are like 20 or 21? skip the cycle and just work out hard and eat. save the cycle for a few years as you have a few more years of natural growth left that is best left undisturbed. imho
 
Easy!! If it was easy everyone would be jacked. If it was easy half the people in the gym that do juice would be big but the sad part is half the people that are on juice look the same as if they did nothing. You know why because they didnt research before starting, didnt train to their natural limit, dont train right, dont eat right. Juice is not a miracle drug.

GH in grape juice?

Your GH levels are also naturally high right now, start to decline at 30, so this is another thing I would hold off on.

First off my friend a deca only cycle is not the way to go. It will shut down your HPTA and your libido will be no more. aka Decca dick. Therefore you would want to stack it with testosterone for that purpose only. If you are stillo into powerlifting though instead of gaining mass I would look more into a cycle like test & tren or Test and anavar. better yet Test/tren& anavar. Tren is 3- 5 times more anabolic that testosterone. It will give you strength very quickly sometimes too quickly. You will hear more people have had injuries when on a cycle of tren or anavar than any other compound. This is because they neglect to strengthen their ligaments and tendons proportionally to the increase of strength in their muscles. Therefore their muscles get too strong meaning stronger than the ligaments and tendons that are holding your muscle can hold themselves. This is what causes tears so that would be one thing to watch for.

Yes I took some ISS Research Promino Plus IGF-1 HGH. It was a powder AM/PM formula that was supposed to taste like grape but the flavor they sent me must've been crap cause that's what it tasted like. I mixed it with grape juice cause water increased the nastiness and I lost body fat and grew across my chest, shoulders, and biceps noticeably. Someone else asked if I was 20 or 21, no I'm 18 and I just graduated from high school last May, but I was on the powerlifting team since I was 15. And I do now understand that if this was an easy procedure then yes, a lot more people would do it.

that was actually my plan. i stopped the protein and creatine when i did the human growth hormone - somatropin - , but now i'm gonna start back on it. I'm thinking that since I feel like I'm in a slump that adding those two supplements will help me out a bit. I may get some SuperPump 250 and SizeOn by Gaspari Nutrients, but this is a roid forum so i'll just leave it at that and not go into supplement talk.

That grape kool-aid you took was not HGH just so you know.

x2 only replace 2-3 years with 5-7 so your liver can fully develop first. You have enough test going through your body right now to do wonders with yourself with the right diet and training routines

u will be much happier with the results if you wait till you hit a plateau in your training.............you certainly dont want to be asking advice on how to use the product as u r inserting the needle.........

From reading your posts... You are 21yrl and training for 3yrs is that correct?


The packets in the little water probably did nothing more than help you sleep and give you a mental edge.
The progress came from the fact you are at a prime age for muscle growth. Your muscles and strength will develop quickly and naturally, NO need for supplements and absolutely NO-Gear at all... You just don't need it.!!!!

Go to the training forum and learn how your muscles work and how to develop your own training programs.
Train like an OX, eat like a Lion and sleep like a Bear... You'll look like a huge fucking Animal in no time. If you keep a strict regimen, you'll be huge by the time you get to 25yrl... And you would NOT have wasted any money on Supps or put your body thru the chemical stress of gear.

Stay natural bro... Its the best way to be!
